Did you know many of our favorite chefs in Boston were also trained as musicians? As I've interviewed chefs for various articles or posts, I have been surprised at the number of them that have studied here at Berkelee or elsewhere.
Sunday some of our same multi-talented chef-musicians will be performing in a show at Paradise to benefit two programs: Zumix and Future Chefs. Tickets are $35. Read more and purchase tickets here: Eat Your Heart Out Boston.
Here's a little quiz to pique your interest. Click on the link to go to the post that contains the chef profile and answer:
1. You might hear reggae or blues while nibbling on Kumamotos with watermelon pearls in this restaurant. Who is this Jazz guitar playing chef?
2. If you were to hear shouts of "Allah!, Allah!, Allah!" you would know you were in the presence of this straight-edge musician and chef.
3. With this chef, who studied music before coming to Boston, you might sip a Black and Tan. Or eat one.
4. Some people call this classically-trained musical chef the Salt of the Earth.
