“Jackie is so knowledgeable and a joy to have in your home! She provides lots of kitchen tips that help with efficiency in the kitchen. I booked Jackie for an Instant Pot class and she did an amazing job of demystifying this newest “must have” kitchen appliance. We prepared chili, poached chicken and risotto and they came out so delicious. She was very thorough and covered all aspects of the Instant Pot – we discussed proper cleaning, venting, releasing, and how to program the unit correctly. She also provided me with many Instant Pot resources online for recipes and gave me a very high comfort level with my new kitchen gadget. Thank you, Jackie for making cooking fun!”
