So excited for tonight: Did you see the "Meat Up" post on Boston.com this morning?
Tonight 6-9 (couple seats left as of time of this post) at the Boston Center for Adult Ed is my class Sustainable Meats 101: from the Familiar to the New.
We'll prepare three recipes in class together, sip some sustainable wine (hint: it's not in a bottle!) and you'll go home with more info, more recipes and hopefully, enthusiasm for integrating some of these in your weekly cooking.
